Interesting artcle. I havn't used a concept/a tool like this one before; but I am guessing that people who do must be fairly organized already and disciplined enough to input all the data, lessons learned etc... having said that I can see the advantages of using such a tool for productivity and for keeping good records of all the knowledge acquired along the way.
