Powerful and insightful article. It is sad but more often than not people tend to take out their frustration and anger on people who is closer to them, be it a spouse, a sibling, a best friend. They do this because they know that those people will 'understand' the outburst and forgive them; but like you rightly said in your article when people are angry or frustrated they may say or do things to their loved ones that they may regret later. It is Ok to apologize but the damage has already been done. Best to learn how to control your emotions.
